A new book by former AOL exec & business, sports, and media mogul Ted Leonsis describes the keys he discovered to making a winning company. After starting his first company at 24 and selling it for $60 million, he thought he’d made it. But then he really started to study happiness and realized that is what all companies must focus on because that’s what we all want. The best companies, he suggests, focus on making their customers and employees happy. Case in point, think of Google & Apple.
